Where does Amaia deliver?

We love to see our lovely pieces worn by children at every corner of the world! We deliver to UK, Europe and Worldwide to your door wherever you live.

Has my order been processed?

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. You should receive an email notification when your package is dispatched with the tracking number which will allow you to follow up the delivery progress. Please check your email inbox and your junk filter. During our sale periods it can get very busy so orders may take a little longer to be dispatched so please add three working days just in case.

Can I follow my order?

You can follow your order on the website @ ‘My Account/My Orders’ section.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link on the Account page. We’ll send you a temporary password to your email address. This will give you access to your account where you can then enter a new password.

We can’t access your password on your behalf as the database is encrypted for your security.

You can also follow your order following the tracking number included on the order dispatch notification email.

How do I use my promotional code?

Please make sure your promo code is still in date. Codes can only be used only once per person and are not refundable. Only one code can be used at a time.

If you have an Amaia promotional code let us know at checkout. Don’t forget to click the “OK” button to bag a bargain.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return an article ordered on the site?

Whilst we hope you are happy with your order, If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we will of course offer a full refund or exchange.

How many days do I have to return an item?

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19 we have extended our return policy up to 30 days.

How do I return an item ordered on the site?

Amaia is not liable for postage costs and will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal, or products that have been altered from their original status, be this worn or damaged.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging and with the receipt. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box with any tags still attached.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, it’s easy:

1.Send an email to contact@amaiakids.co.uk with your order number and detail of the item/s you would like to return.

What happens once I have returned my items?

Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then processed and you will also receive a confirmation email for this credit

Do I Have To Pay Import Tax/Duties On My Order?

All international orders to the EU are delivered duties paid.

All international orders outside the EU are delivered duties un-paid therefore you may be subject to custom and/or duty taxes. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Currently all orders under $800 US do not incur any import duties/taxes however this can vary from state to state. Please check your local custom tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are delivered.

Our website automatically selects the currency that matches your delivery location. You can change this manually in the top left hand corner of the page.
For deliveries to the UK, we will bill you in Pounds Sterling (£), to the European Union in Euros (€), to the US in Dollars ($), and to the Rest of World in Pounds Sterling (£).

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS WE ACCEPT

We accept Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex. We’re sorry but we don’t accept Diners Club, Discover or Solo cards. We also accept PayPal for selected territories.

What payment methods do Pepa & Co accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal.

Are the payments by card safe?

In order to guarantee a secure shopping experience, Amaiakids.co.uk uses Stripe Payments Europe Ltd technology and Pay Pal.  The data is SSL-encrypted.

We never keep any of your bank account details. Any payments you make on our site are totally secure.
